How can I participate in the online event?
To participate in the online events, a trade show login is required. Log in to the digital event platform, participate in our online events and additionally network with other participants.
LOGINWhat can I expect as a participant on the digital event platform?
On the Ambiente, Christmasworld and Creativeworld digital event platform, you can participate free of charge in online events that take place every two months throughout the year in German and English. The event platform offers exhibitors and visitors new opportunities for international lead generation, networking and company presentation beyond the physical trade fair presence.
What does my personal profile look like?
After the initial registration on the digital event platform, visitors go through an onboarding process to create their profile, e.g. questions that will be included in the matchmaking process.
What does digital participation cost me as a participant?
Participation in the online events is free of charge.
Are there any technical requirements for participation in the digital event?
Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge are best suited. Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome are the most stable browsers. Internet Explorer is not supported by the digital event platform.
In which languages is the platform available?
The platform and also the streams will be available in German and English. At the top of the screen you will find the icon for switching languages.
What are "matches"?
With the help of an algorithm and your user behaviour, we check the matches between your details in the networking section and the details of the other participants. If you open the details by clicking on the name, you will see the areas in which you have matches. By changing your interests you will receive other matches.
Under "Search participant" in the networking area, you can see all participants and find other participants. With the help of filter options, you can narrow down your results.
When does the platform open and close?
The event platform is available to all participants for an unlimited time. You can download contacts and chat histories or view selected online events again.
For exhibitors
What does the digital appearance cost?
The digital presence is included in the obligatory media package for exhibitors.
What will my profile look like?
Your exhibitor profile, which you filled out via the Media Package Manager (MPM) for Ambiente/ Christmasworld/ Creativeworld 2024, will be transferred to the digital platform. You can find an overview and information on the technical requirements here: Medienpaket Manager (MPM).
If you have created personal digital profiles of contact persons for the events, these will also continue to be visible automatically.
