Esha Gupta is the founder and editor of Design Pataki, India's leading digital magazine for luxury interiors, décor, lifestyle and art. With nearly 200,000 followers on Instagram, Design Pataki has become an indispensable voice of luxury design in India. Her passion for global design, architecture and art inspired her to start the magazine. Esha studied interior design at Parsons School of Design in New York and Rachana Sansad in Mumbai. She supports young women in design through various initiatives such as fundraising and panel discussions.

Molly McGowan
Molly McGowan

Molly McGowan is a partner at Ennead Architects in New York, USA. She leads many complex new build and refurbishment projects across a range of sectors including education, performing and visual arts, research and commercial mixed use. Molly is known for her role as a change agent, both in terms of the innovative projects she delivers for her clients and within the firm she co-leads with her partners. Her leadership style fosters a collaborative environment characterised by open communication, trust and a shared vision.

Shida Salehi

Shida Salehi

Shida Salehi is the founder and Managing Director of Customs Bureau, an international design studio specialising in the creation of luxury interiors for the hospitality industry. Having held positions at Karim Rashid in New York and Yabu Pushelberg in Toronto, Shida has established herself as a driving force in high-end hospitality design. One example of her work is the interior design and artwork selection for The London Super Boutique Hotel in Leicester Square. Shida conveys strong emotions through the spaces she curates and designs. She holds a Master of Architecture from the "Staatliche Hochschule für Bildende Künste Staedelschule" in Frankfurt and a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from Ryerson University in Toronto.
